PCL has been responsible for the leadership of construction teams and delivery of multiple significant projects, including Vancouver International Airport, Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and the upcoming Kelowna International Airport expansion. PCL is currently building the O’Rourke Family Winery, a legacy 200,000-sq.-ft., billion dollar world-class winery.

Among its projects, the SSA team was the owner's representative, project manager, and quantity surveyor for the Sparkling Hill Resort at Predator Ridge in Vernon, British Columbia.   • Colin Wilson, department head of engineering at University of British Columbia Okanagan campus, is responsible for guiding and fostering research and industry partnerships pertaining to the School of Engineering. The collaboration between VIRTU and UBCO Department of Engineering will produce white-paper research to help inform our action plan with respect to emissions, sustainability, and compliance targets.
